Deposit and Refund Policy

Salon Service Deposit - Terms & Conditions

 1. Booking and Deposit

- A deposit of the service total is required to secure your appointment

- Deposits can be made via debit, credit card, digital payment, or cash in person

- Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and verified

 2. Deposit Usage

- The deposit amount will be applied to your final service bill

- Deposits are non-transferable to other clients or services

- Service prices are subject to change; your deposit locks in current pricing

 3. Cancellation Policy

- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations

- With proper notice, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days

- Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice

 4. Late Arrival

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time while being charged the full amount

- Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be considered no-shows, resulting in deposit forfeiture

 5. Service Changes

- Any modification to booked services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

- Additional services added at the time of appointment are subject to availability

- Significant service reductions may result in partial deposit forfeiture

 6. Refund Policy

- Deposits are generally non-refundable

- Exceptions may be made for:

  - Medical emergencies (with documentation)

  - Salon cancellations

  - Technical issues preventing service delivery

 7. Special Circumstances

- Natural disasters, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances may warrant policy adjustments

- The salon reserves the right to cancel appointments and refund deposits in emergency situations

 8. Client Responsibilities

- Inform the salon of any relevant medical conditions or allergies

- Follow any pre-appointment instructions provided

- Arrive with appropriate hair/skin condition as advised for your service

 9. Salon Rights

We reserve the right to:

- Refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate these terms

- Modify these terms without  notice to clients

- Require additional deposits for extensive services

By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
