Your hair should be at least three inches in length, with edges, crown and nape of neck, healthy and intact. Thin, thinning and or moderate to severe aloepecia conditions should refrain from booking, no exceptions.
Please be available to communicate as soon as possible via the email and/or telephone number you provided. All details will need to be verified, in a timely manner, before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service provided to those from the age of 15. We offer no refunds after service is complete. Same day cancellations, no refund of payment will be given. Full payment returned when the stylist is unable to service the client, after all details have been verified. Should an event outside of the stylists ability to honor an appointment, such as inclement weather and/or any hazard preceding booked appointment, your payment will be held for one week. The safety of the stylist precludes any and all booked appointments. If we are not able to reschedule within the week, your full payment will be returned, immediately. Our work day begins at 9 am. Choose the first available time on the day you wish to be serviced, no exceptions.
We will assess a fifty dollar late fee if fifteen minutes late. Automatic cancellation immediately, thereafter. If a cancellation occurs, payment will be forfeited. Hair that is longer, thicker and denser, may incur an up charge, at our discretion. Style cannot be changed once verified. Styles may be extended in length, only. Fees apply.
We are based in the USA, Baltimore, DMV and Tri-State area. Our commute to you should not be more than one hour. Should you wish for us to travel outside of these areas, please reach out to discuss details, before booking. Fees apply.
Client must be prepared to be serviced IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. Provide a clean and well lit space. NO EXTRA PEOPLE, NO CHILDREN and NO ANIMALS should be present during scheduled appointment. Do not have an obligation to work. Hand washing and masks will be worn throughout the service. Client must provide a valid, state issued DL/ID upon request. Failing to provide this information upon request, will void your appointment. Payment will be returned and you will be barred from booking. Client agrees to our COVID-19/Health Liability Waiver by continuing to book and signing your appointment request.
