Your hair should be at least four inches in length, with edges, crown and nape of neck intact. Thin, thinning and or moderate to severe alopecia conditions should refrain from booking. We supply our preferred brand of hair for most styles, unless otherwise noted, in the colors of #1 - #4. All other colors and color styles are not supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We service teen girls and women, from the age of 13. We offer no refunds after service is complete. Balance to be paid in cash. Deposits are non refundable. Same day cancellations; balance must be paid in full before one may book a future appointment. If you must reschedule, you may re-book thirty days after initial appointment, providing the book is open to do so. You are allowed one reschedule. Deposits returned when the stylist is unable to service the client, should an event prohibit the stylist from honoring an appointment. Should an event outside of the stylists ability to honor an appointment, such as inclement weather and/or any hazard precluding booked appointment, your deposit will be held for one week. The safety of the stylist precedes any and all booked appointments. If we are not able to rebook within the week, your deposit will be returned. You may also keep the same deposit for a future appointment within thirty days of initial appointment.
We will assess a thirty dollar late fee if fifteen minutes late. Automatic cancellation immediately, thereafter. Deposit will be forfeited. We will always communicate if we need to alter our schedule, with ample notification. Style cannot be changed once booked. Please be certain of your style choice BEFORE booking. Styles may be extended in length, only. Fees apply, balance in cash.
We are based in central Maryland. Our commute to you should not be more than one hour. Should you wish for us to travel farther, please reach out to us to discuss details, before booking.
Due to the convenience afforded to you by the stylist coming to you and the obligation of the stylist to always be prompt and courteous, client must be prepared to be serviced IMMEDIATELY upon stylists arrival. Provide a clean, well lit, uninterrupted atmosphere for the stylist. NO EXTRA PEOPLE, NO CHILDREN and NO ANIMALS should be present during the scheduled appointment. This is your time to get serviced and relax, but please do not have an obligation to work as it prolongs your appointment and extends the time not allotted in your scheduled service. Please make sure you have eaten BEFORE your scheduled appointment. We can break after a significant amount of time has passed. Hand washing and masks will be worn throughout the service. Client must provide a valid, state issued DL/ID in advance of the arrival of the stylist. Failing to provide this information upon request, will void your appointment. Deposit will be returned within 90 days and you will be barred from booking. Client agrees to our COVID-19/Health Liability Waiver by continuing to book and signing your appointment request.
