All services are provided by appointment only, and every booking is an agreement to The Kia Khameleon Standard: a commitment to protecting your time, your crown, and the integrity of every service.

When you book or inquire, we may collect the following: Your name and contact information (email, phone, address). Hair and scalp information shared for service customization. Any special accommodations noted at booking. Payment information.

Your address is used solely to facilitate your mobile appointment and is not retained beyond the service date.

All initial inquiries and bookings are handled via www.kiakhameleon.com and email. Text and phone communication are available after your appointment is confirmed. We do not conduct business through social media direct messages.

When Kia Khameleon shares her telephone information, it is shared in the spirit of connection and care — a personal touch extended to those already in the fold. Out of respect for that gesture, we kindly ask that it remain between us. Her contact information is not to be passed along, shared, or forwarded to others.

Anyone who hasn't yet had the pleasure of booking is always welcome to reach out through our website at www.kiakhameleon.com. There's a seat at The Chair for everyone — we simply ask that every introduction begins the right way.

Sharing Kia Khameleon's personal contact information without permission is a breach of the mutual trust this community is built on. Those who do so may find themselves removed from the roster — and we'd truly hate to see that happen.

Payment Information

Retainers are required to secure all appointments. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by Kia Khameleon beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction.

Your Health & Hair Information

Any information shared regarding hair loss, scalp conditions, or special accommodations is kept strictly confidential and used only to ensure the highest quality of service.

Please note that the information you provide at booking establishes the foundation for your appointment. If we arrive and your hair or scalp condition does not meet the requirements or accommodations that were disclosed and approved at the time of booking, your appointment is subject to modification or cancellation at the sole discretion of Kia Khameleon. In this event, retainers or payments are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to be accurately represented. The Standard exists to protect the integrity of every service — and every client's experience begins with honesty.

Photos & Likeness  

Kia Khameleon may photograph completed styles for portfolio and promotional use. If you do not consent to photography, please indicate this at your appointment. Your preference will be respected.

Mutual Respect & Privacy in The Chair

Kia Khameleon is committed to protecting your privacy — and asks that you extend the same courtesy in return. Kia's Chair is a curated, white-glove experience. Unauthorized filming, recording, or photographing of Kia Khameleon, her methods, her workspace, or any portion of your service session is not permitted without prior written consent.

This policy exists to preserve the integrity of the experience for everyone — and to honor the same standard of privacy you expect when you sit in Kia's Chair.

Violations of this policy may result in the immediate conclusion of your appointment, forfeiture of all monies, and removal from the booking roster.

Your Rights 

You have the right to: Request access to the information we hold about you. Request correction of any inaccurate information. Request that your information be deleted from our records.
