Read all details, before booking. By using this service, you agree to abide by the terms, herein. Not doing so, may void your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

You are new if you have not been serviced in 18 months or more at any given time. And of course, if we have never dolled you up. Our appointments start at 9 a.m. Always choose the first available appointment on the day you want to be serviced. If 9 AM is available, choose 9 AM and so on. Be prepared to finalize all details, upon our contacting you. Always ask any pertinent questions or special requests, before booking. Requests granted outside of our terms or are not listed, may incur additional costs.

We provide an urbane, top-notch, hair care experience. With attention to detail and gentle touch, you can be assured that your style choice will be neat and comfortable. We are prompt, courteous, efficient and a funny bone tickler!

On the day of our arrival, thoroughly shampoo and condition your hair. Ensure your hair is product, debris, and odor-free. Apply a leave-in conditioner, comb through thoroughly, then put on a plastic cap. Your hair will be blown dry by us. All areas of your head of hair must be intact and is three inches or more, all over. If your hair is thin or thinning, you must refrain from booking. We do not supply braiding hair for any service. RUWA, pre-stretched synthetic, is our preferred brand. See your chosen style notation for complete information. Provide a clean and well-lit, temperature-controlled space to receive service.

No extra people, children, or animals are to be present for our safety and yours during your appointment. Do not have an obligation to work. This is your time to be serviced in your comfortable space. 

Do not invite us into your space, whether masked or not, if you are sick or in delicate health. If you get sick for any reason, do not hesitate to let us know before we arrive at your appointment.
